Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production and operation of SMT machines, able to deal with the abnormalities of the equipment in the production in time, and reduce the downtime of equipment failure

2. Production line changeover debugging, production quality and material control

3. Analyze on-site quality abnormalities and formulate targeted improvement countermeasures

4. Take classes to train intern technicians and related operators to improve the working skills of the entire team

Job requirements:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, electronics related majors preferred

2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience in SMT equipment and technology

3. Familiar with SMT production process

4. Proficiency in using Yamaha placement machine

5. Able to adapt to overtime and continuous night work and obey work arrangements

6. Work initiative, diligent and motivated, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills and execution

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to independently analyze abnormal problems, be familiar with inspections of various poor processes, and have experience in quality control

2. Organize IQC, PQC, QA and testers to inspect products as required to ensure that only qualified products can be submitted to customers

3. Able to independently complete the 8D report and customer complaint and customer return processing

Job requirements:

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, electronics related majors preferred

2. More than five years of quality experience, three years of quality supervisor experience

3. Have relevant experience in SMT, DIP quality inspection,

4. Familiar with IPC-A-610E standard; familiar with ISO9001 system
